The prices of the rooms include electricity, water and gas, continental style breakfast daily, clean linens, clean bath towels (changed mid-week), all objects found in room and in common living area, and the final cleaning of the rooms.
For stays longer than 2 days, a 100 €uros deposit is required per room that will be returned at the end of the stay.
Reception is possible any day of the week. The rooms will be given by the owner himself so as to have the pleasure of meeting the guests, showing the rooms and all other services requested as well as answering any questions. The guests may enter the rooms at any hour, according to one’s needs, however the guests must leave the rooms by 1:00 pm on the day of departure, with the exception of course, of an emergency.
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the common living area. It is however possible to smoke on the balconies that come with the rooms IRIS and LILIUM.

ADDITIONAL BEDS: In the LILIUM and NARCISSUS rooms, it is possible to add beds at a cost of € 20 a person a day. Children under 3 may stay for free and children from the ages 3-6 may stay for a reduced rate of 50% in cost.
KITCHEN USE: It is possible to utilize the kitchen in the NARCISSUS room at an additional cost of € 20 a day. The kitchen however must be left clean upon departure. For any kitchen left untidy, there will be an addition charge of € 50 for cleaning.
Daily cleaning of the rooms: It is possible to request daily cleaning of the rooms for an additional cost of € 20 a day.
Single: Use of the rooms IRIS, LILIUM and NARCISSUS for a single person only will cost 30% more of the above cost.
Groups: There is a 20% discount for groups if all the rooms are reserved.
