RESERVATIONS - The reservations will be confirmed upon received payment of 50% of the total cost of the price of the room, sent by a Bank Money Transfer.

HANDING OVER THE KEYS - The guests must leave the rooms by 12:00 am on the day of departure, with the exception of course, of an emergency.

SMOKING - It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the common living area. It is however possible to smoke on the balconies that come with the rooms IRIS and LILIUM.

ANIMALS - Small sized animals are welcome.

PAYMENT METHOD - Bank Money Transfer or Credit Card.

CANCELLATIONS - To cancel a reservation, one must send an email or a fax with the persons's name and date of reservation as well as the name of room that was reserved.

FINES - There will be a 20% fine of the final price of the room in case of cancellation within 7 days of the anticipated arrival, a fine of 50% of the final price of the room in case of cancellation within 2 days of the anticipated arrival, 100% fine of the final price of the room in case of last minute cancellations.
