RESERVATIONS - The reservations will be confirmed upon received payment of 50% of the total cost of the price, sent by a Bank Money Transfer.

PAYMENT METHOD - Cash only.

CANCELLATIONS - To cancel a reservation, one must send an email or a fax with the persons's name and date of reservation.

FINES - There will be a 20% fine of the final price in case of cancellation within 7 days of the anticipated arrival, a fine of 50% of the final price in case of cancellation within 2 days of the anticipated arrival, 100% fine of the final price in case of last minute cancellations.

ANIMALS - Small sized animals are welcome.

SMOKING - It is forbidden to smoke in the Apartment.
